Overview

PiNOR Engineering Document Management System is designed to serve EPC projects from the feasibility study to handover and beyond, managing capital project documents throughout the Operation and Maintenance phases. PiNOR EDMS controls documents and data throughout the project lifecycle as an integrated EPC Document Management Software.

PiNOR manages document design and reviews across Feasibility, Basic Engineering, FEED, and Detailed Engineering during the Engineering phase. It seamlessly handles procurement documents, including clarifications and purchasing queries, and controls construction and installation documents, such as RFIs and as-builts.

In the Commissioning and Maintenance phase, PiNOR covers Mechanical Completion Books and final dossiers, ensuring a smooth handover of project document packages to the operator.In the operation phase, PiNOR transitions to a robust document management system, which controls documents related to equipment and integrates with Digital Twin and Asset Management tools.
