Yes, the price includes general implementation assistance, along with support and maintenance based on our standard Service Level Agreement (SLA). However, if you require additional services like multi-cultural onboarding, 24×7 support, extra technical consulting, hosting services, remote administration services, specific training sessions, data migration, customization, or third-party integration, these can be provided at an additional cost.
